I've been doing this work, in one form or another, my whole life.

I was one of those kids who just knew things — who saw beyond the physical, sensed what was unspoken, felt the energy under the room. By 13 I was deep in metaphysics. By 16 I was reading tarot professionally. None of it felt unusual to me. It felt like the obvious thing to be paying attention to.

I grew up in Northern Vermont and spent my twenties studying everywhere the mystical met the tangible — Ringling School of Art and Design, Vermont College at Norwich University, the Muscular Therapy Institute, Florida College of Natural Health. I was always chasing the same thread: where does the body hold what the mind can't reach? Where do beliefs actually live? What does it take to change something, not just understand it?

Twenty-plus years in, I've worked with thousands of women — and what I keep seeing is the same thing. Smart, self-aware women who've done a tremendous amount of work and are still stuck inside the same loops. Not because they aren't trying. Because most of what's available stops at insight. Insight is the floor, not the ceiling.

What I do starts where most work ends.

I call my system the Sacred Alchemy Method. It’s the framework I’ve built over two decades of practice — a way of working that goes underneath the story, underneath the emotion, and underneath the pattern to where the energy is actually being held.
